University Graduate – Strategic Project Management 100% (f/m/d)

Tasks

• Contribute to and coordinate strategic initiatives and projects, collaborating across teams and functions
• Prepare high-quality presentations, briefing materials, and strategic concepts for senior management
• Conduct and coordinate quantitative and qualitative analyses to support informed decision-making compliance
• Contribute to business unit-specific processes to ensure operational efficiency, governance, and
• Develop a deep understanding of the Bank's end-to-end value chain by collaborating with key stakeholders to deliver outstanding services and drive operational excellence

Requirements

• Master's degree from a university in Business Administration, Banking, or Finance (graduation max. 12 months ago) with above-average grades
• Initial practical experience in financial services and/or management consulting
• A graduate with a relevant Master's degree and a keen interest in kick-starting your career in a dynamic work environment
• A global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong desire to learn
• Fluency in English, German as a plus
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
