University Graduate – Strategic Project Management 100% (f/m/d)
The Julius Baer Group is seeking a university graduate for its Strategic Project Management team to assist in the development and implementation of strategic projects and initiatives. The successful candidate will join the COO team and assist in the preparation of presentations, analyses, and strategic concepts for senior management.
Tasks
- Contribute to and coordinate strategic initiatives and projects, collaborating across teams and functions
- Prepare high-quality presentations, briefing materials, and strategic concepts for senior management
- Conduct and coordinate quantitative and qualitative analyses to support informed decision-making compliance
- Contribute to business unit-specific processes to ensure operational efficiency, governance, and
- Develop a deep understanding of the Bank's end-to-end value chain by collaborating with key stakeholders to deliver outstanding services and drive operational excellence
Requirements
- Master's degree from a university in Business Administration, Banking, or Finance (graduation max. 12 months ago) with above-average grades
- Initial practical experience in financial services and/or management consulting
- A curious mind, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong desire to learn
- Fluency in English, German as a plus
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
