University Graduate – Transformation Strategist 100% (f/m/d)
As part of Switzerland / COO, you will join the Digital Business Transformation / Transformation Office, which plays a key role in translating strategic priorities into a value-driven transformation portfolio and helps shape portfolio execution through strategic program management (PMO). The team ensures effective governance across steering, demand management, design, and delivery by providing holistic, results-oriented reporting on the bank’s change portfolio. The Transformation Office also supports the Digital Business Transformation (DBT) units in strategic communications to the Group Wealth Management Committee (GWMc), the Executive Board (E-Bd), and the Board of Directors (BoD). In addition, the team contributes to key strategic initiatives, particularly in strategic development and communication.
Tasks
- Support for portfolio management and prioritization for “Change the Bank,” including the analysis of strategic initiatives, management reporting, and the preparation of decision-making materials for senior management
- Drive and coordinate communications for key strategic initiatives, including monthly progress updates, website improvements, roadmap maintenance, and tracking of benefits
- Contributed to the development of the Global Target Operating Model; provided support in defining future capabilities and aligning them with strategic transformation priorities
- Creating high-quality presentations, structured analyses, reports, and executive communications for senior stakeholders
- Contribute to the Transformation Office’s broader priorities and strategic projects as needed
Requirements
- Fluency in English, German, or Vietnamese; additional languages are a plus
