Julius Baer is seeking a University Graduate for Wealth Planning in Zurich to join its Graduate Program starting in April 2027, who will support Relationship Managers in serving private clients. The role involves researching client cases, preparing presentations, and managing complex client processes within the European team.

University Graduate – Wealth Planning 100% (f/m/d)

As part of the Wealth Planning (WP) unit, you will join the Wealth Planning Europe team, which plays a central role in supporting Relationship Managers in acquiring, retaining, and building loyalty among domestic and international private clients. This is achieved by providing a broad range of WP products and services, including family office services, private philanthropy, relocation, retirement, succession, taxation, and wealth overview.

Your tasks

  • Research on client cases and relevant topics in the field of public accounting to provide valuable insights that help tailor solutions to clients' needs
  • Preparing pitch and meeting presentations that are well-developed, fact-based, engaging, and tailored to the needs of clients in various markets
  • Ensuring that complex client accounts are properly managed and that workflows are kept up to date
  • Collecting and compiling data from various sources, preparing reports, and ensuring completeness while meeting deadlines
  • Participate in meetings with clients and prospective clients to support wealth planners in serving private clients as part of a team, including contributing to the overall case management process
  • An agile mindset and curiosity that enable you to provide wealth planning advice across Europe

Your profile

  • A first-class or upper second-class honors degree from a university or a university of applied sciences in a related field (business, law, taxation, or a related discipline; degree must have been awarded no more than 12 months ago). A university degree in a related field, professional certifications, or demonstrable knowledge of the British tax and legal systems are considered a clear advantage.
  • Initial practical experience in serving private clients (e.g., private banks, law firms, tax consulting firms, consulting firms, and/or trust companies) is a plus.
  • Citizenship is not a requirement; knowledge of multiple European markets and/or advanced communication skills, as well as an understanding of multiple European markets, are a clear advantage, including language skills and cultural affinity.
