University Graduate – Wealth Planning Solutions Analyst (Full-Time)
The Julius Baer Group is seeking a university graduate to serve as a Wealth Planning Solutions Analyst, who will help develop and implement comprehensive wealth planning initiatives and contribute to the company’s success. The successful candidate will be part of the Wealth Planning Solutions team and will work closely with various stakeholders to develop innovative solutions for clients.
Tasks
As part of the Wealth Planning Solutions team, you will play a key role in designing and delivering world-class, holistic advisory solutions that form the foundation of Julius Baer’s wealth management offerings. The team serves as a central center of excellence for wealth planning product expertise, business strategy, and client-centric innovation, creating value across life insurance, account solutions, and integrated financial planning. The successful candidate will support the development and promotion of our comprehensive wealth planning activities and contribute to client engagement initiatives across various regions. You will work closely with wealth planning product specialists and stakeholders from Global Products & Solutions (GPS) to ensure the seamless integration of wealth planning into holistic client conversations. You will also drive strategic projects aimed at improving our offerings and platforms—specifically the functionality and use of the 360 planning platform, the development of innovative solution concepts, and the identification of industry-leading external partners (including legal, tax, insurance, and lifestyle service providers) to strengthen our client base.Requirements
- Master’s degree from a university or university of applied sciences with above-average grades in business administration, industrial engineering, banking and finance, computer science, natural sciences, or engineering (degree must have been awarded no more than 12 months ago)
- Relevant practical experience in private banking, wealth management, consulting, IT, or asset management is preferred but not required; the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders, manage complex projects, create PowerPoint presentations, and develop new ideas and initiatives
- Interest in topics such as wealth and estate planning (financial planning, trust services, succession planning, life insurance, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills, combined with a can-do attitude
- A global mindset, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to learn
- Fluent in English and German; knowledge of other languages is a plus
