UX Designer 80-100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

As a UX Designer, you will help to create intuitive and efficient user experiences in Julius Baer's digital environment. Your tasks will include:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that proposed designs integrate seamlessly into agile delivery processes.
• Contributing to the maturation of the company's approach to user experience as part of its broader transformation toward more agile, test-driven, and quality-focused development practices
• Tracking progress in Jira to document status for the team
• Collaborate with the CX analyst, who is responsible for creating as-is and to-be journey mappings and gathering insights.

Requirements

For this position, we are looking for a person with:

• 10+ years of experience in UX, with strong experience in leading design initiatives
• Extensive experience in designing user-centered digital products, ideally in the financial industry or in design agencies
• Deep expertise in usability, interaction design, and user flow creation, with the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive experiences
• Advanced knowledge of prototyping and interface design in Figma
• Strong experience working in agile environments and contributing to iterative, test-driven delivery processes
• Ability to drive design-related process improvements and embed UX practices in larger initiatives
