UX Designer

Job description: UX Designer

Your exciting task:

• As a UX Designer, you will work with the Design, Development and Product Management departments to develop innovative and user-centered UX concepts for our digital channels in the Private Banking division, shaping the future of digital customer experience.
• You will be responsible for designing prototypes and wireframes, testing them and overseeing their implementation through to the final product.
• You conduct and moderate user research, analyze customer feedback and data to gain deep insights into the needs of our customers.
• You write user-centered texts and establish UX writing guidelines to ensure consistent and clear communication.

What you bring with you:

• You have a degree or training in user experience, interaction design, human-computer interaction or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in UX design, ideally with a focus on the design of complex applications.
• Very good knowledge of using Figma to create interactive prototypes and designs.
• Methodical approach to developing user-centered solutions and conducting user research.
• Proven experience in UX writing and in the development and implementation of UX writing guidelines.
• Experience in the financial sector is an advantage.
• Team player mentality and the ability to present your ideas and concepts convincingly and to work in an interdisciplinary manner.
• Very good German and good English skills are a must.
• Proactive, solution-oriented way of working and a high degree of initiative.
