VALIDATION MANAGER BCBS 239 (M/F/D)
DZ PRIVATBANK is seeking a BCBS 239 Validation Manager to independently review policies, analyze the data landscape, and perform quality assurance in the banking sector. The ideal candidate holds a degree in economics or business informatics and has in-depth expertise in BCBS 239 and control frameworks.
Tasks
- Independent review of the BCBS principles; assessment of existing areas where there is potential for improvement
- Analysis of the data landscape and data lineage, reporting data management, identification and assessment of business risks
- Quality assurance for data collection, independent validation of documented identified risks, development of control frameworks and regulatory standards, summaries
- Communication to the DZ Board regarding the ongoing development of validation and standards, and monitoring dashboards
Requirements
- A successful degree in economics, business information systems, or a comparable field
- Substantial professional experience in the banking sector, particularly in consulting, risk analysis, reporting, or 2nd/1st line of defense
- Broad/in-depth expertise in BCBS 239 and the ECB Guide, RDARR, data hierarchies, data lineage, control frameworks, and regulatory standards
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a structured approach to work
