Value and Delivery Risk Assurance Officer - Renewal of the operational core 100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Act as 2nd line of defense and ensure that project risks are independently assessed and appropriately managed
• Conduct regular risk-based reviews throughout the project lifecycle: including design, development, testing, migration and commissioning (e.g. pre- and post-implementation reviews)
• Perform deeper analysis and checkpoint reviews, particularly with regard to operational risks focused on technology, information and cyber security and IT risks
• Establish and maintain a robust reporting structure to communicate risk and assurance findings to senior stakeholders, including the Steering Committee
• Work with subject matter experts within the CRO division (e.g. NFRC, Technology Risk, Compliance and Credit Risk) to ensure that the delivery approach does not introduce unacceptable operational, regulatory or compliance risks
• Support the development and implementation of a formal risk monitoring and assurance framework tailored to the needs of the ROC program
• Contribute to the definition of the project's risk appetite and ensure that it is consistently applied
• Ensure proper documentation, escalation and communication of risks and their remediation throughout the ROC program governance structure
• Work closely with the ROC PMO and project teams to monitor emerging risks and ensure action plans are implemented

• A high degree of flexibility and curiosity is required as you will be working on a variety of topics in a rapidly evolving project landscape
• Quickly switch between technical details, strategic discussions and stakeholder alignment
