About the role

Wir suchen einen Value Stream Architect für Custody und DLT, der sich unserem Enterprise Architecture-Team anschließt und direkt an den Head of Architecture berichtet. In dieser Rolle werden Sie die anderen Teammitglieder mentorieren und an allen entsprechenden Zeremonien (Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinements, Steering Committees usw.) für die Teams teilnehmen, die Sie betreuen.

Main tasks

• Act as a technical stakeholder to the Custody Value Stream Leadership Team and work closely with business owners and product leaders to prioritize deliveries.
• Work with business owners and project managers to define and develop the custody value stream delivery route.
• Define and evolve the system architecture to meet business, stability, maintenance and security requirements and maintain the long-term technical direction of the Custody Value Stream.
• Ensure compliance with best security and enterprise architecture standards and work closely with the rest of the enterprise architecture and CISO team to ensure compliance with established corporate and security standards.
• Work closely with the tech leads to understand and develop the platform towards the desired goal.
• Design, document and communicate all technical and architectural decisions and roadmaps.

Ideal candidate

• Solides Verständnis von Kryptographie- und Blockchain-Konzepten, digitaler Asset-Sicherheit und Schlüsselverwaltung best Practices (HSMs, Trusted Execution Environment usw.).
• Bachelor's degree (or higher) with 10+ years of experience in an engineering, architecture, technical architecture or mechanical role.
• Solid understanding of architectural patterns, modern tech stacks and security.
• Proven experience in the design and implementation of key business and technical initiatives.
• Tiefere und praktische Kenntnisse von Typescript (NestJS) oder Java21.
• Tagtägliche Interaktionen mit Geschäftsbenutzern und Technologie-Teams verwalten.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to make mature judgments.
• Bereitschaft, Menschen und Teams zu mentorieren und sich direkt in Code zu involvieren, wenn erforderlich.
• Strong desire to continue learning.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to support the business owners in defining a product roadmap and the future of the Sygnum Custody business.
• Highly organized and experienced in communicating across teams, geographies and functions.
