Sales Associate Specializing in Cashiering and Customer Service

Vos missions

• You handle purchases of food, hygiene products, and everyday items, and then you share the information with customers
• Find payment details in our sections via the channel
• You support customers by assisting them with their remote access, changes, and subscriptions
• You handle phone calls and respond to inquiries and requests for information
• You maintain the sales areas, especially the checkout areas
• You also provide customers with the "Regale du Monde" options.
• Cash Management and Customer Service
• Monitoring cash register transactions and customer complaints
• Preparation of Administrative Tasks
• Communication with management and staff at other stores

Ce que tu apportes

• 3–6 years of experience in the retail industry with customer service
• Completed vocational apprenticeship (EF), particularly in retail
• French (Good command)
• Science, cleanliness, patience, and rigor
• Master's Degree in Retail Communication and Cashier Operations
• Client-focused; strong ability to manage a project; on-time delivery; a dynamic, fast-paced, and stressful environment
• Basic Training (EF)
• Basic training or equivalent in the retail sector
• A minimum of 4.5 weeks is required for this position
