Job description

Tasks

• You are responsible for the area of sustainability, know the developments in the market, set strategic impulses and ensure that the set targets are achieved.
• You will further develop the bank's sustainability strategy and drive forward the definition and implementation of specific measures within the bank.
• You ensure annual reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• You promote awareness of sustainability within the bank with awareness-raising and training measures.

Requirements

• You have a Master's degree (Uni/ETH or FH) with a focus on business administration or natural sciences.
• You have already worked in this field and are familiar with the relevant developments in Switzerland and the EU. We consider experience in a financial or consulting environment to be an advantage.
• You are committed to measures that improve our sustainability performance.
• You work independently and on your own responsibility.
