Job description

We are looking for a dedicated agency manager to lead our agencies in the Zug, Schwyz, Uri, Aargau, Appenzell, and Hochdorf regions and continue to successfully position our brand in the market.

Tasks

The following diverse tasks await you:

• You are a leader with a strong focus on results and lots of energy.
• You know how to motivate your employees with your passion for your job and your professional skills.
• You are responsible for expanding your private and corporate client team.
• You act as a market ambassador for Vaudoise in the commercial, social, or sporting arena.
• Thanks to your successful acquisition of new customers, you contribute to the growth of Vaudoise in German-speaking Switzerland

Requirements

What sets you apart:

• You are resident and have a good economic base in the sales area
• You have experience in the field service of a general insurer.
• You have a federal certificate in insurance or as a financial planner (advantageous)
• You have a functioning network and enjoy expanding it
• You are highly performance-oriented, characterized by strong self-motivation and a great deal of commitment.
