Tasks

• Lead and develop: you encourage and motivate your team with your passion, expertise and inspiring leadership style
• Live customer orientation: You are responsible for the expansion and support of your own customer base in private and corporate customer business
• Ensure success: You implement strategic sales targets and make an important contribution to growth in German-speaking Switzerland with your team through targeted new customer acquisition
• Market ambassador: As a representative personality, you strengthen the reputation of Vaudoise in the Bern region and use your network in the social, commercial or sporting field

Requirements

• Energy and initiative: You are characterized by a strong performance orientation, self-motivation and a pronounced willingness to work hard
• Strong leadership skills: You have experience in managing and developing teams and have good interpersonal skills
• Sales expertise: You have a track record in sales
• Anchored in the region: You are well connected in Bern and ideally also live here
• Education: You are an insurance specialist VVB or have a comparable qualification. A degree from a higher technical college (HFP) and/or a federal certificate is a plus
