Your tasks

• Developing, managing, and providing ongoing training for a client segment comprising high-net-worth individuals, executives, and entrepreneurs, while ensuring exclusive service and a lasting relationship built on trust
• Development and implementation of customized wealth management strategies tailored to each client’s goals and personal circumstances
• Comprehensive advisory services in the areas of investments, financial planning, retirement planning, tax planning, business succession, and estate planning
• Actively promoting all banking services as part of an omnichannel approach, as well as collaborating with
• Coordinating internal subject matter experts to develop customized solutions and ensure an integrated customer experience
• Identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities both within the existing customer portfolio and by attracting new accounts in the new region
• Contributing to a healthy risk culture while complying with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards in asset management

Your profile

• College degree, advanced education, or equivalent qualification
• Several years of proven experience in advising high-net-worth individuals, executives, and entrepreneurs
• In-depth knowledge of asset management and comprehensive financial planning
• Ability to analyze complex financial situations and develop solutions
• A strong understanding of financing issues as well as the company-wide concerns of entrepreneurs
• Proven experience in building a client portfolio and acquiring new business relationships
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a strong customer focus, and a passion for teamwork
• Initiative, independence, and a sense of responsibility
• French as a native language; knowledge of German is a plus
