Insurance & Litigation Manager (all genders)

Tasks

• You will play an active role in the further development of our digital processes and help optimize business workflows.
• You will help set up a central IT interface to standardize processes related to quote preparation and management.
• They analyze existing workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop new, modern solutions to increase efficiency.
• They coordinate and standardize processes related to the bidding process.
• You will help design digital workflows and drive digital transformation projects forward.
• They provide support for the implementation and use of AI applications to optimize day-to-day operations.
• They manage relationships with insurers and drive the continued development of this partnership.
• They prepare analyses, evaluations, and process documentation to serve as the basis for operational decisions.

Requirements

• Experience in insurance sales and/or in the insurance and finance industry.
• A strong affinity for IT and a passion for developing and driving digital solutions.
• Analytical thinking skills and the ability to understand complex processes.
• Initiative, creativity, and the motivation to actively help shape change.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for working with a variety of people.
• In the insurance industry, the following are considered an advantage: experience in product sales, the market, and the brokerage business.
• Initial experience with AI applications, automation, or process management in IT environments is a plus.
