Full-Time Insurance & Litigation Manager (all genders)

Tasks

• We work with and support the development of a centralized insourcing service for our five locations and contribute to the standardization of processes.
• They analyze existing workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop sustainable solutions.
• They coordinate and standardize processes and help improve efficiency in claims management as well as in the ongoing development of related systems.
• They provide support in using AI applications to optimize day-to-day operations.
• They manage interfaces with insurers and partners and are constantly improving them.
• They prepare analyses, evaluations, and process descriptions, including digital work documentation, to serve as the basis for operational instructions.
• You will play an active role in the continued development of our company and support forward-looking digitization and optimization initiatives.

Requirements

• Your affinity for IT and your passion for developing and driving digital solutions.
• Analytical thinking skills, as well as a structured and solution-oriented approach to work.
• Initiative, creativity, and the motivation to successfully implement new ideas.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for collaborating with a variety of people.
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus, but not a requirement.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, data analysis, process management, or project work is a plus.
• Initial experience with AI applications, automation solutions, or digital interfaces rounds out your profile.
