Tasks

• Coverage of Insurance Products and Terms and Conditions
• Advising and assisting clients in all matters related to insurance and retirement planning services
• Acquisition and Development of New Client Relationships
• Development and optimization of insurance products and terms and conditions in collaboration with product management
• Assisting in the preparation of contract documents and terms and conditions in collaboration with legal counsel and administrative staff
• Participation in training and professional development programs to enhance professional and personal skills
• Collaborate with other departments and managers to support the company and its customers

Requirements

• Completed professional training in the insurance industry, such as a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Insurance, Risk Management, and/or Finance
• Knowledge of insurance and retirement planning services, particularly in the areas of life insurance, risk protection, property insurance, and legal protection insurance
• Experience in customer service and advising customers, particularly in dealing with individual and corporate clients
• Strong communication and presentation skills, particularly in the context of the customer-centric approach
• Flexible and independent work as part of a team with a variety of tasks and responsibilities
• Possess a high degree of organizational and reliability skills, particularly in an international company with high standards for customer focus and service quality

Ideally, you should also have

• Experience in developing and optimizing insurance products and terms and conditions, particularly in collaboration with product management and legal counsel
• Knowledge of legal protection and liability insurance, particularly in the area of liability insurance law and liability insurance provisions
