Insurance and Retirement Planning Advisor (m/f/d) 100%
Vaudoise is seeking an insurance and retirement planning advisor for the Lyss region who will contribute to growth by independently acquiring new clients in both the private and corporate sectors. Ideally, you have VBV certification, a strong network, and an entrepreneurial mindset to work within a performance-based model with a guaranteed base salary.
Tasks
- You are the face of Vaudoise in your sales territory
- You will be responsible for expanding the retail and corporate customer segments
- You will serve as a brand ambassador for Vaudoise in this area
- Thanks to your successful acquisition of new customers, you contribute to the growth of Vaudoise in German-speaking Switzerland
Requirements
- Proven experience in the insurance sector: VBV-certified
- Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor when interacting with customers
- A goal-oriented, structured, and sustainable approach to work
- A high degree of initiative and entrepreneurial thinking
- You have a customer-focused network and a keen sense for customer service and for people who are truly committed to their work
