Vaudoise is seeking an experienced insurance and retirement planning advisor (m/f/d) for its field sales team in Zurich to expand the customer base and serve as a brand ambassador. The position requires VRV certification, a strong network, and an entrepreneurial mindset, and offers a performance-oriented work environment with attractive benefits.
Tasks
- You are the face of Vaudoise in your sales territory
- You are responsible for expanding your private and corporate client base
- You serve as a brand ambassador in the business, social, or sports sectors
- Through your successful efforts to acquire new customers, you will contribute to Vaudoise's growth in German-speaking Switzerland
- You'll contribute your ideas to our ongoing development in market management at our general agency
Requirements
- Outstanding Track Record in Insurance Sales
- VRV Certified
- A high degree of initiative and entrepreneurial thinking
- Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor when interacting with customers
- You have an active network and enjoy building it out
