Tasks

  • Development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve corporate goals in the B2B sector
  • Development and maintenance of long-term customer relationships and networking in the animal husbandry and veterinary practices sector
  • Acquisition and support of major customers in the field of animal husbandry and veterinary practices
  • Analysis of market trends and competitive assessments with a view to identifying new business areas
  • Collaboration with internal departments to optimize sales processes and customer satisfaction
  • Deputizing for the division head in his absence and providing support on strategic issues
  • Collaboration on cross-divisional projects for the further development of the company

Requirements

  • Completed studies in business, sales or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Bilingualism in German and French is mandatory
  • Strong communication and sales skills
  • Passion for dealing with customers and enjoyment of animals
  • Independent and structured way of working as well as high self-motivation
  • Ability to travel within Switzerland
