Tasks
- Development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve corporate goals in the B2B sector
- Development and maintenance of long-term customer relationships and networking in the animal husbandry and veterinary practices sector
- Acquisition of new customers and business areas, particularly in the field of animal husbandry and veterinary practices
- Analysis of market trends and competitive relationships with a view to identifying new business areas
- Collaboration with internal departments to optimize sales processes and customer satisfaction
- Deputizing for the division head in his absence and providing support on strategic issues
- Collaboration on cross-divisional projects for the further development of the company
Requirements
- Completed studies in business, sales or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry
- Bilingualism in German and French is mandatory
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Passion for dealing with customers and enjoyment of animals
- Independent and structured way of working as well as high self-motivation
- Ability to travel within Switzerland
