Sales Manager 80% - 100% | Management Support / Staff | Zurich | Experienced

Tasks

• Market development measures – in close cooperation with sales, sales management, and marketing & communications
• Collaboration in sales development projects, particularly in connection with the establishment and expansion of data-based sales processes and CRM and sales automation tools
• Active contribution to the further development of systematic and data-based market development and sales management
• Analysis of sales results and derivation of specific recommendations for optimization

Requirements

• Higher commercial or business education with a focus on sales, sales management, marketing, or project management
• Several years of experience in sales management in (retail) banking and in-depth knowledge of market development
• Strong project management expertise and ability to coordinate complex, cross-functional issues and stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of sales metrics, market potential, CRM data, and cross-channel processes
• Experience in using CRM systems, reporting tools, and data-based or automated sales processes
• Highly implementation-oriented, conceptually strong, and pragmatic approach to solutions
