Sales Manager

Zurich Cantonal Bank is seeking a sales manager to support sales management in the development of data-based sales processes and the implementation of the sales strategy. Job description

The Private Clients business unit serves customers with assets of up to CHF 1 million. Sales management plays a central role: together with the sales department and other stakeholders, the team designs a systematic, integrated, and effective market strategy for the direct bank and its 51 branches.

Tasks

  • Supporting the further development of data-based sales processes and the use of CRM and sales automation tools
  • Analyzing sales results and deriving concrete recommendations for action to optimize market development
  • Supporting the further development of concepts and measures to strengthen sales and consulting skills
  • Close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders to successfully implement the sales strategy

Requirements

  • Higher commercial or business education with a focus on sales, sales management, marketing, or comparable qualifications
  • Experience in sales management or sales, ideally in (retail) banking or a comparable industry
  • Experience in implementing sales activities and a good understanding of sales metrics, market potential, and cross-channel processes
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and reporting tools, as well as an interest in data-driven and automated sales processes
  • Highly implementation-oriented, strong conceptual skills, and enjoys working with various internal and external partners
  • Strong communication skills, initiative, and a structured approach to work
