Board Member
Bank Leerau Genossenschaft is seeking a dedicated and independent board member who shares the bank’s values and will enrich the board. As a member of the board of directors, the successful candidate will share responsibility for the bank’s strategic management, oversight, and control.
Your role
As a member of the Board of Directors, you share responsibility for the strategic management, oversight, and control of the bank. In particular, you will contribute to:- The further development of the strategy.
- Oversight of management.
- The assessment of risks and financial performance.
Your profile
We are looking for a candidate with experience in one or more of the following areas:- Banking Specialization: Understanding the Credit and Mortgage Business.
- Real Estate: Market Knowledge, Valuation, and Financing.
- Trust Services/Auditing: Financial Reporting, Internal Control Systems, and Auditing.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and an interest in strategic issues.
- Integrity, independence, and a sense of responsibility.
- Enjoyment of working together on the committee.
- Having a strong regional presence is an advantage.
