Tasks

• As part of the Board of Directors, you will help shape the strategic direction of our bank within the framework of Raiffeisen Switzerland's guidelines.
• You share responsibility for business development in the region, taking economic and social conditions into account.
• Together with the committee and the bank management, you are responsible for the bank's business activities, compliance with legal regulations and effective risk management.
• You will also find a well-organized environment, take part in exciting training courses and receive adequate compensation.

Requirements

• Solid business knowledge and a keen interest in finance and banking topics
• Entrepreneurial thinking and decision-making skills
• Strategic understanding and systemic thinking
• Willingness to get involved in a dynamic and changing industry
• Place of residence or work in the business area of Raiffeisenbank im Entlebuch
• Free from a conflict of interest with our bank
• Time flexibility for meeting preparation and participation in approx. 15 meetings and assemblies per year
