Administrative assistant BVG
BCV is seeking an administrative assistant for the AVENA collective foundation to manage a portfolio of affiliated companies and advise clients on occupational pension matters. The ideal candidate will have a business background, experience in occupational pensions, and excellent communication skills.
Tasks
- Independent management of a portfolio of affiliated companies within the AVENA collective foundation in accordance with legal and regulatory provisions.
- Providing information and advice to customers (insured persons and employers) on all matters relating to occupational pension plans.
- Handling all matters related to the insured individuals’ occupational pension plans—from enrollment to withdrawal (e.g., home ownership assistance, pension claims, pension contributions, retirement, etc.).
- Handling cases of incapacity for work in coordination with the foundation's reinsurer.
- Performing annual closing tasks, in particular reconciling technical administration and accounting.
- Monitoring the receipt of payments for premiums invoiced by the employer and processing collection cases.
Requirements
- Commercial training with proven experience in occupational pension provision (qualification as a social insurance specialist with federal certificate of proficiency is an advantage).
- Precise and structured approach to work, organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and strong service orientation.
- Native German speaker with excellent French skills.
- Place of work: Bern.
