Administrative assistant BVG

BCV is looking for an administrative assistant (BVG) who will independently manage a portfolio of affiliated companies within the AVENA collective foundation and advise clients on all matters relating to occupational pensions. The position requires commercial training, experience in occupational pensions, and excellent communication skills.

Your main tasks

  • Independent management of a portfolio of affiliated companies within the AVENA collective foundation in accordance with legal and regulatory provisions.
  • Providing information and advice to customers (insured persons and employers) on all matters relating to occupational pension plans.
  • Handling all tasks related to the occupational pension provision of insured persons – from enrollment to termination (e.g., home ownership promotion, pension claims, purchases, retirement, etc.).
  • Handling cases of incapacity for work in coordination with the foundation's reinsurer.
  • Performing annual closing tasks, in particular reconciling technical administration and accounting.
  • Monitoring the receipt of payments for premiums invoiced by the employer and processing collection cases.

Your profile

  • Commercial training with proven experience in occupational pension provision (qualification as a social insurance specialist with a federal certificate is an advantage).
  • Precise and structured approach to work, organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and strong service orientation.
  • Native German speaker with excellent French skills.
  • Place of work: Bern.
