Vice President Client Advisor—Swiss Onshore Market

JPMorganChase is seeking a Vice President Client Advisor for the Swiss market in Zurich, who will provide experienced client advisory and acquisition services and offer comprehensive wealth management solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in the private banking industry, strong communication skills, and an extensive network.

Job description

As a Client Advisor at J.P. Morgan in Zurich, you will be responsible for acquiring and retaining new clients through your comprehensive knowledge of investments, banking, fiduciary services, and financial planning. You will also be responsible for the client experience and managing our resources to provide a comprehensive wealth management solution.

Tasks

- Acquiring new clients and new assets - Advising clients on their entire portfolio, including asset allocation, investment management, wealth planning, credit, and banking services - Collaborating with internal specialists to provide interdisciplinary expertise to clients - Understanding clients' goals and objectives in order to develop and implement an investment plan for their entire assets - Ensuring that proposed solutions meet clients' short-, medium-, and long-term needs and goals - Complying with all risk and control policies, regulatory guidelines, and security measures - Collaborating with other client advisors on the team to maximize team strength and achieve team goals

Requirements

- Experience in private banking with high net worth individuals in Zurich and the surrounding area - Experience in business development with knowledge of customer profiling, negotiation, and proactive acquisition - Dynamic and credible personality with excellent communication and presentation skills - Strong organizational skills and disciplined approach - Experience or understanding of investments, banking, and fiduciary concepts, including but not limited to: Asset allocation across structured portfolios, managed portfolios, brokerage accounts, portfolio reviews, deposit and credit solutions, basic fiduciary and estate products, identification and evaluation of wealth planning opportunities - Good reputation and established network - Fluent English and German

Preferred qualifications

- Experience with asset allocation or distribution of multi-asset class portfolios - Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation is an advantage - Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial culture that values innovation, customer service, internal partnership, and entrepreneurship - Fluency in French and/or Italian
