Vice President Client Advisor—Swiss Onshore Market

As a Client Advisor at J.P. Morgan in Zurich, you would lead new client acquisition and retention through comprehensive knowledge of investments, banking, fiduciary services, and financial planning. You would also be responsible for the client experience and managing our resources to deliver a comprehensive wealth management solution.Responsibilities
- Generate results and acquire new assets
- Advising clients on their overall balance sheet, including asset allocation, investment management, wealth planning, credit, and banking services
- Collaborate with internal specialists to provide customers with interdisciplinary expertise when needed
- Understand customer goals and objectives in order to develop and implement an investment plan for the entire balance sheet.
- Ensure that proposed solutions meet customer needs and objectives in the short, medium, and long term.
- Strictly adhere to all risk and control policies, regulatory guidelines, and security measures.
- Collaborate with other client advisors in the team to maximize team strength and achieve team goals
Requirements
- Significant experience in private banking, working with high net worth individuals in Zurich and surrounding regions
- Previous experience in business development with knowledge of profiling, negotiation, and proactive and creative solicitation of referrals
- Dynamic and credible professional who communicates with clarity and possesses exceptional presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills and a disciplined and organized approach to business processes
- Experience or proven understanding of investments, banking, and fiduciary concepts, including but not limited to: asset allocation across structured portfolios, managed portfolios, brokerage accounts, portfolio reviews, deposit and credit solutions, basic fiduciary and estate products, and identification of wealth planning opportunities.
- Strong reputation with an established network
- Fluent in English and German
Required qualifications, skills, and knowledge
- Asset allocation / Experience with multiple asset classes or sales experience is advantageous
- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) is a plus
- Ability to thrive in an internal culture that values innovation, customer service, internal partnership, and entrepreneurship
- Fluent in French and/or Italian
