Team Overview

BlackRock’s Client Experience Reporting Solutions Team ensures that BlackRock meets its clients’ data needs by providing market-leading reporting solutions and effective client service. As part of the Reporting Solutions Team, you will drive the successful delivery of critical investment reports for complex products across our client-focused business. Specifically, you will be responsible for gathering requirements and developing implementation plans, gaining in-depth knowledge of our reporting technology, and using these tools to deliver successful outcomes in a deadline-driven environment.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Guide a team through client onboarding and production cycles, with a focus on process improvements to ensure on-time delivery and accuracy.
  • Implement end-to-end stakeholder management by aligning cross-functional partners on priorities, risks, and deliverables.
  • Design, develop, and maintain work schedules.
  • Establish and implement governance frameworks to ensure effective project management and escalation.
  • Participate in architectural design and contribute to the technical aspects of projects.
  • Assistance in developing solutions to complex problems and communicating with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Lead business initiatives for client reporting automation using tactical Excel/VBA and Python tools.
  • Work with client experience stakeholders to design and deploy new report templates.

Expertise and experience

  • Extensive experience in the financial sector, preferably in asset management (6–10 years).
  • Excellent communication skills with a proven track record of building relationships with stakeholders.
  • Team leadership experience, with a willingness to contribute to the development and growth of talent.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of automation tools such as VBA or Python is desirable.
