Vice President, ETF Capital Markets - Primary Markets

Tasks

• Manage and execute all aspects of primary market ETF trading and play a critical role in ensuring high-quality trade execution across all asset classes
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders affected by ETF trading, while working with external market participants to manage risks and opportunities
• Providing market-making and risk management capabilities to facilitate the trading ecosystem
• Serving as a trusted partner for U.S.-listed ETFs in trading, basket construction, and liquidity management
• Implementation of execution strategies to ensure the timely and accurate execution of trades
• Collaborate with portfolio managers, product developers, legal, and operations teams to ensure that product design, topology, and business requirements are met
• Driving cross-functional initiatives with technology and platform teams
• Analysis of ETF trading and flow data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and translate them into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders
• Act as an escalation and decision-maker during market events, exercising sound judgment under pressure and coordinating responses across internal and external stakeholders
• Contributing to the development of young talent through mentorship, knowledge sharing, and leading by example

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant industry experience with strong knowledge of primary and secondary ETF trading as well as ETF market infrastructure
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with experience communicating complex concepts clearly and concisely to diverse audiences
• Confidence in the face of ambiguity and change, combined with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Series 7 and 63 certified (or able to obtain certification after being hired)
