Role Overview

This role is part of the U.S. ETF product team and drives platform and market transformation to support BlackRock’s ETF innovation and growth agenda. The role involves collaborating with the product team to develop scalable, risk-focused solutions and leading industry engagement to support further platform development.

key tasks

This person will be responsible for partnering with the entire company to develop our ETF platform and provide innovative solutions to expand ETF trading. Key responsibilities include:

• Lead the evolution and rearchitecture of the ETF platform to support product growth, scalability, and profitability
• Development of ETF operating models and workflows for new strategies or exposures within an ETF portfolio
• Developing the ecosystem to support the scaling and trading of our ETF product portfolio
• Further development of primary market models to enhance investor protection, liquidity, economic efficiency, and regulatory alignment
• Integrating ETF market expertise into platform development to deliver innovative and scalable solutions across the entire ETF lifecycle

We offer

For San Francisco, CA: The salary range for this position is $150,000–$200,000. In addition, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and retirement benefits.
