Vice President - FIG, Securitization - London/Dublin (German Speaking)

About the role

Alantra's FIG team is looking for an ambitious and driven Vice President to join our growing team in London or Dublin. This is a unique opportunity to take a central role in the execution of high-impact transactions in the European financial services sector, whilst working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key tasks

• Assume end-to-end responsibility for transaction execution on multiple projects
• Supporting financial institutions in deciding whether to securitize, sell or retain assets
• Advice on balance sheet strategy, financing options and capital effects
• Main contact person for customers and external consultants
• Leading the development of client documentation with the support of junior team members
• Ensuring that internal compliance and process standards are adhered to
• Contribute to origination efforts and help identify new commercial opportunities
• Active participation in the recruitment, training and mentoring of junior colleagues
• Support in the development of strategic initiatives to promote FIG practice

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in investment banking or corporate finance with FIG experience
• Strong financial modeling skills
• Excellent management and written and oral communication skills
