Job Summary

Great opportunity for an experienced Vice President or Executive Director to join our growing Switzerland Mid-Cap coverage team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue and close sales opportunities for a broad range of financial products and services
  • Manage complex, multi-product client relationships as the primary relationship manager
  • Coordinate the sales effort of multiple internal business partners
  • Proactively identify and prospect new Global Corporate Banking Mid-Cap in the local banking and business communities and develop a network of referral sources
  • Collaborate with credit underwriting team on analysis, structuring, negotiation and documentation of credit requests
  • Initiate and maintain strategic dialogue with clients and prospects to generate ongoing corporate finance, treasury services and credit opportunities
  • Strictly comply with all regulatory and JPMRC rules, policies, and procedures

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

  • Prior corporate banking and/or investment banking experience, ideally in a coverage role, in the Swiss market
  • Candidate must be a top individual contributor, with a strong performance track record
  • Demonstrates outstanding ability to manage and influence stakeholder relationships at all levels, with particular focus on the senior management level
  • Relevant experience executing Commercial Banking / Investment Banking / Capital Markets products in a leadership capacity
  • Strong work ethic and self-starter who is able to work independently and part of a larger team
  • Ability to re-adjust under high pressure and challenging situations
  • Demonstrates exceptional presentation skills and strong client capabilities
  • Proven ability to execute and lead projects and be proactive leadership
  • Proven credit, analytical, and problem-solving skills to identify business trends and to take a business-oriented approach
  • Demonstrates abilities to juggle and execute a high volume of competing priorities within strict deadlines
  • Enthusiastic to take on new and challenging tasks in dynamic environment
  • Fluency in English, German and/or French
