Job description: Video and Studio Producer

Tasks

• Expert in all video and studio production requirements, responsible for managing end-to-end production processes
• Operating our state-of-the-art video studio with a large LED wall to create innovative and visually stunning productions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to conceptualize and deliver quality audiovisual content, including:
  • Social media videos
  • Animations
  • Mood videos
  • Interviews
  • Podcasts
• Contribute to daily video productions and strategic video initiatives to shape the future of video at Vontobel

Requirements

• Experience in video and studio production, including diverse content creation in and out of studio environments
• Strong expertise in the production and processing of:
  • Motion Design
  • Animation
  • Social media
  • Other modern audiovisual formats
• Creative thinker and tech-savvy approach with a passion for effective storytelling through video
• Experience with live and on-demand productions in studio environments (e.g. switching, audio mixing, directing)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office; knowledge of DaVinci and other editing/production software is an advantage
• Degree in marketing, journalism or video/film, with relevant training or further education
• Fluency in English and German, with strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and colleagues
• Organized, reliable and proactive team player with a fast-paced, independent and quality-driven work ethic
