Mission of the role

• Main tasks:
  • Special involvement in the real estate credit monitoring cycle, with priority focus on sensitive and complex files or dedicated 'non-standard' files;
  • Contribution to a robust control framework to provide timely, reliable, and consistent analyses;
  • Collaborate with the Risk Management and Credit Structuring teams to assess and provide support for individual customer and sector risks;
  • Contribution to annual credit reviews or specific financing requests, analysis of risks, commercial interest, profitability, consistency of strategy;
  • Monitoring changes in warranties and their impact on the approval process.

Additional Information

• The VIE will join the Agency and Middle Office Financing business unit (a center of expertise covering all Indosuez entities and based in Milan), whose main mission is to support the Real Estate Financing product line in order to enable a cross-functional approach to the business.
• More specifically, the hub ensures the monitoring of commercial real estate financing transactions by controlling contractual obligations and compliance with preliminary terms of use.
• This department is also responsible for providing agency services in the case of syndicated financing.

Criteria for the position

• Required education: You are a recent graduate in finance, economics, business administration, or similar studies.
• Minimum experience: 0-2 years
• Type of experience: Previous experience in the financial sector would be an advantage.
• Personal qualities:
  • You are a quick learner with strong problem-solving skills.
  • You have good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Technical skills:
  • You have a good understanding of the financial and banking environment.
• Skills:
  • You are an expert in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • They speak English and French fluently.
  • Basic knowledge of Italian would be an advantage.
