CA Indosuez’s private market platform covers a broad spectrum of direct investments and secondary transactions (buyouts, growth capital, credit, infrastructure, and secondary strategies).

Your role

• Participation in due diligence processes for new private equity investments (primary and co-investments)

Requirements

• At least a bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of experience, or a master’s degree or MBA in finance from a prestigious business school
• At least 0–2 years of experience in the private equity industry, either directly or indirectly, with demonstrable experience in the private equity sector
• Experience with direct investments and/or secondary transactions is a plus

Expected skills

• Proven skills in teamwork, multitasking, organization, proactivity, flexibility, and the ability to handle stress
• Ability to critically evaluate opinions and summarize viewpoints and conclusions

Language skills

• Excellent knowledge of French and English, enabling you to conduct professional conversations and write memos
