VIE Private Market Analyst (M/F)

missions

• Participating in due diligence processes for new private equity investments (primary, secondary...)
• Presenting an investment recommendation to the Investment Committee;
• Ensuring the monitoring and reporting of existing investments in the portfolio;
• Participating in the execution and structuring of investments alongside internal and external counsel
• Managing deal flow and digital monitoring tools related to investments;

Education / Specialization

• Renowned business school or university offering a master's degree or MBA in finance

Experience

• You have some initial experience investing in the private equity industry, whether through direct or indirect involvement in the private equity sector;
• Having experience with direct co-investments and/or secondary transactions involving an asset;
• You have proven abilities in teamwork, multitasking, organizational skills, proactivity, flexibility, and the ability to work under pressure;
• You also have the ability to challenge opinions and summarize your views and conclusions;

Langues

• You can easily conduct professional conversations and write memos in French and English.
