Job description: Chair of the Bank Management

Tasks

• You manage the operational banking business and, together with your employees, implement the strategic guidelines set by the Board of Directors and the strengthening policy
• With a keen sense for market trends, you will develop innovative approaches to promote sustainable growth and further strengthen the bank's position in the long term
• You manage the bank according to business principles and with a clear focus on efficiency, quality and sustainability
• You provide targeted impetus for the further development of the sales organization, the promotion of advisory and sales expertise and the expansion of the investment and corporate client business
• You monitor relevant developments in the market and in the bank's environment and use these to derive proactive measures for further development
