Tasks

• You manage the operational banking business and effectively implement the strategic guidelines of the Board of Directors together with your employees
• With a keen sense for market opportunities, you will develop innovative approaches to promote sustainable growth and further strengthen the bank's position in the long term
• You manage the bank according to business principles and with a clear focus on efficiency, quality and sustainability
• You provide targeted impetus for the further development of the sales and administrative organization, the promotion of advisory and sales expertise and the expansion of the investment and corporate client business
• You monitor relevant developments in the market and in the bank's environment and use these to derive proactive measures for further development
