• You manage the operational banking business and implement the strategic guidelines of the Board of Directors together with your employees
• As an entrepreneur, you recognize potential in a demanding market and develop ideas on how to exploit this potential to ensure the bank's healthy growth
• You position the bank as a friendly, attractive financial services provider and take great pleasure in your work, setting high standards throughout the region and exploiting existing potential
