Chair of the Executive Board (f/m/d)

Job description

Raiffeisenbank Rothenburg is seeking a Chair of the Executive Board (f/m/d) for a position covering 80–100% of full-time hours.

Tasks

We expect you to:

• Substantial, multi-year experience in a comparable leadership position in the financial sector; ideally, experience in a cooperative bank that operates according to its cooperative structure
• You have a deep understanding of our customers' needs
• Be a recognized leader with a strong sense of responsibility, and be prepared to make unpopular decisions
• You represent the bank to the public; be approachable and open to new challenges
