Tasks

• Together with the existing, experienced bank management, you will manage the operational business and implement the strategic guidelines of the Board of Directors with your colleagues.
• As an entrepreneur, you bring experience and know-how to a promising market and develop ideas on how to expand these to achieve greater growth for the bank.
• Our clients are at the center of everything we do - together with our employees, we position the bank as a friendly, attractive financial partner.
• They represent the bank in public, participate in the social life of our region and maintain an active network with the various stakeholder groups (companies, associations, authorities).

Requirements

• You are an entrepreneurial personality with proven performance qualities and successful management experience in a bank.
• As a leader with integrity and empathy, you create an environment of trust in which employees feel comfortable and can develop their strengths and motivation to the full.
• They approach future changes in a competitive manner and have a high level of implementation expertise.
