Tasks

• You manage the operational banking business and implement the strategic guidelines of the Board of Directors together with your employees
• They monitor developments in the market and in the bank's environment and initiate suitable measures for the further development of the bank
• You position the bank as a friendly, attractive financial services provider and partner in the region and exploit existing potential
• Our customers are the focus - you motivate your employees to provide exemplary services
• They participate in the social life of our region and maintain an active network with the various stakeholder groups (municipalities, entrepreneurs, associations and private individuals)

Requirements

• You are an entrepreneurial personality with proven leadership qualities
• They are outgoing, have social skills and emotional competence and thus create trust
