Chair of the Executive Board / CEO (f/m/d)
Nidwaldner Kantonalbank is looking for an experienced CEO (f/m/d) with a strategic mindset and strong leadership skills to take over overall operational responsibility for the bank and implement the existing strategy by mid-2026. In particular, the new CEO should drive forward the digital transformation and promote an agile management culture.

Your main responsibility
- Overall operational responsibility for Nidwaldner Kantonalbank
- Implementation of the existing strategy with a focus on future-oriented further development (in particular digital transformation)
Your profile
- Several years of management experience at executive level in a financial services company
- High level of expertise in finance, business administration and strategic management
- Strong ability to innovate and affinity for digitalization
- University degree in economics or banking/finance, supplemented by practical training
- German as mother tongue, business fluent in English, knowledge of French an advantage
- Clear connection to the canton of Nidwalden - whether through origin, place of residence or strong regional ties
