Your tasks

• Overall banking responsibility for operational management
• Chairman of the Executive Board and Head of Corporate Development, incl. HR Management / Training Academy
• Successful further development of the bank and its subsidiaries
• Implementation of the Board of Directors' strategic guidelines in financial, personnel and organizational terms
• Sustainable corporate governance
• Strengthening employees' skills across all levels
• Support for key customers

Your profile

• Competent and responsible leader with a down-to-earth attitude and charisma - cosmopolitan and ideally with a connection to the market area
• Sound banking training and/or business management training and further education (higher degree from a Swiss university/university of applied sciences with current further training)
• Several years of professional experience and proven qualifications in banking and financial management, employee management, risk management as well as strategy development and implementation
• In-depth knowledge of the financing business and broad knowledge of the entire business of a regional universal bank in an increasingly digitalized environment
• Management experience at executive level
• High willingness to build a regional network, deepen existing relationships, represent the bank and live in the market area
• Exemplary leadership and personality traits
