Pension Specialist

The role

• As a specialist, you will develop retirement planning strategies for our clients and support our client advisors
• As a retirement planning specialist for Personal Banking in the Basel region, you will develop comprehensive solutions for our clients, identify additional opportunities, and provide recommendations to our client advisors
• Close collaboration with customer advisors, branch managers, and market area managers in the Basel region
• Planning, organizing, and participating in client events, including speaking engagements, as well as maintaining active communication with all relevant stakeholders
• Coaching employees on their professional development in the area of retirement planning
