Pension Specialist Contract Administration (m/f/d)

Vaudoise is looking for a pension specialist for contract management (80-100%) in Lausanne, who will work in a dynamic environment with various cross-functional units and take responsibility for managing life insurance contracts. The position offers the opportunity to actively contribute to shared success and to develop in a culture of continuous improvement.

Tasks

  • Responsibility for the administration of life insurance contracts of several general agencies, for which you are the central contact person
  • Analysis, processing and acceptance of new business
  • Complete administrative support for contracts (e.g. contract amendments, cancellations and due dates)
  • Active collaboration with various internal partners (e.g., risk assessment, compliance, performance department, production department)
  • Proactive participation in the further development of our processes and products
  • Contribution to the implementation of our corporate goals in line with the corporate strategy

Requirements

  • Ideally, experience in the insurance sector (federal insurance certificate or equivalent training is an advantage)
  • Native speaker of German (written and spoken), good knowledge of French is an advantage
  • Proficiency in IT tools (Office 365) and skilled use of other IT platforms
