The role

Are you a proactive, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial-minded individual? Are you interested in a role in the pension sector that offers a high degree of autonomy and entrepreneurial freedom? Would you like to help us build this business in Eastern Switzerland? Then you’ve come to the right place! The main responsibilities of this position include:

• As a specialist, you will develop retirement planning strategies for our clients and support our client advisors
• As the Pension Planning Manager for Personal Banking in the Eastern Switzerland region, you will develop comprehensive solutions for our clients, identify additional opportunities, and provide recommendations for our client advisors, branch managers, and market area managers in the Eastern Switzerland region
• Close collaboration with customer advisors, branch managers, and market area managers in the Eastern Switzerland region
• Planning, organizing, and participating in client events, including speaking engagements, as well as maintaining active communication with all relevant stakeholders

What we wish for

We are looking for someone with:

• Several years of professional experience following completion of vocational training
• Training as a specialist in the field of pension planning (e.g., certified occupational pension specialist, certified public accountant)
• Willingness to work within our region of Eastern Switzerland
• Analytical approach and a strong focus on results and service, commitment, and agility
• Passionate networker
• A passion for continuous learning
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
